Philbrook Farm Inn LLC has 18 guest rooms and two nightly cottages available at reasonable rates ranging from $135 to $165 per night. Visitors in one of our guest rooms or overnight cottage stays receive breakfast and dinner at no additional cost. Guest rooms vary in size, offering different accommodations such as king-size beds and private bathrooms based on your needs.
We also have another four available for weekly cottage rentals that can comfortably sleep up to eight guests. These cottages have their own kitchens, screened-in porches and fireplaces, along with comfortable bedrooms and clean bathrooms. The rate for one of these charming cottages begins at $850, including housekeeping costs.
Our rates vary based on your stay, whether you’ll be with us a short time or for a long-term cottage stay. With a refundable deposit, guests can bring along their pets to stay with them in one of our cottages during the summer.
